About 2 years ago, Vladimir Davchev was an entrepreneur who created and managed Bulgaria’s leader in home delivery BGmenu and its Hellohungry extension in Romania with the Oliviera brand, before selling it to the Dutch platform Takeaway.com for €10.5m. He is now employed to run the business in Southeast Europe and according to him, when you make an exit (exit from an investment through a sale), there are two ways to go – one is to start something new, and the second – to stay in management.

Davchev is the pioneer of the food delivery service in Bulgaria. In all 15 years since he moved the model from Boston, where he studied finance, he has maintained the culture of a startup organization – “work with enthusiasm and everyone does everything.”
