Hristo Hristozov holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is currently a cultural and business consultant in the field of leadership, as well as in the field of cinema and cultural management. He is a training and development specialist with expertise in leadership & personal development, performance and talent management, communication trainings, employee motivation and retention.

From 2016 to 2018 he worked as program director of Cinema House Sofia. He is best known as the man who modernized both the program and the atmosphere of the cinema without sacrificing the authentic spirit of the place. In addition, Hristo has been working in film distribution (Touch me not, Burning) and film festivals (Master of Art, Sofia MENAR, Sofia Pride and Scandinavian Film Week).
