Age
20-35
University students and young professionals above 20 and under 35 years of age.
Fluency in English
All lectures, workshops and program-related activities will be held in English.
Ability to
Attend
All events will be conducted in person. You will need to attend at least 5 out of 6 modules.
Application Process
2-step selection process - pre-selection (application form, incl. Statement of Purpose) and final interviews for the top 50.

Written Applications Evaluation
December 23, 2025
Each application will be carefully evaluated by a minimum of two independent evaluators. Only the top 50 applicants will be invited for a face-to-face interview. We advise each applicant to plan to be available for the interview.
Application Deadline
December 7, 2026
Make sure you fill in, double check and submit your application by the above deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Interview Weekend
January 9, 2027
The top 50 applicants will be invited for a short face-to-face interview with a specially selected 5-member jury which will take place on January 9 and 10, 2027 in Sofia. The goal is to get to know the candidates a little bit better and give them the opportunity to showcase their strengths in a more personal environment.
Participation Confirmation

All participation contracts must be signed and fees – duly paid by January 15, 2027

February 19, 2027
February marks the official start of the program and the beginning of 2 amazing months which will forever change the way each participant views their career path and professional life.
